Two Q's: Half Harvest & Hermie Bud

I've got 2 questions on two different topics:

Q1
I've got a Cotton Candy in late flower and I noticed a few nanners. Not the greatest pic but but they're there. And you can see there are lots of live hairs still popping.
Question: do I harvest the whole plant, just the nanner bud, or get out the tweezers and go nanner plucking?

Q2
Two weeks ago I harvested the mature buds, about 2/3, of a Pineapple Express. (I leave the smoke review to the proper section).
Question: Will the buds left on the plant continue to mature? It's been 2 weeks and I haven't seen much progress.

photo 1 (31).JPG photo 2 (29).JPG I went ahead and chopped the hermied Cotton Candy. SOOOO frustrating when you can see the potential and have to cut it short!!!

Id say pluck the nanners and let it finnish, its close enough anyway, kill those mites too. Chances are the rest of the rooms already pollenated.

If everything in flower is due to finish around the same time just leave it. Especially if it is close which it should be since you chopped the tops 2 weeks ago. If the nanners haven't opened or are just starting to don't worry about it. The other plants wont develop seeds in the time it takes to be ready to harvest.
