Two plants in one

I have two plants in one dug up hole outdoors. Can someone tell me if these are two different types of strains or if plant A is over due and plant B is ready.
I cut some of plant A and I looked at the trichromes they are at a 45% Amber and majority look milky. But something looks off I hope I didn't miss my window. Also it's been 100 degrees plus and some of the buds on plant A have been getting crispy and falling off.

Plant A are the first 3 from the top

Plant B are the final 2 from the bottom
