Two different strains in same seed pack?

Has anyone ordered from nirvana and grew and think you might have gotten a different strain than your other? I am recently growing Nirvana pre 99 Big Bud. Both vegged for 6 weeks now week 5 of flower one is short and squatty the other is 12-16 inches taller. Now that is not what is perplexing because I have had same strain one taller situation. I'm talking about the short one smells like str8 lemon skunk. The tall one has a more earthy diesel kind of funk to it. They both smell great but you can definitely tell they are 2 different strains. I wont know till harvest rather to be pissed off or not lol. I haven't grown big bud since 2011 and I cant really remember the grow. I do remember it was squatty with big colas tho.

Just a little phenotypic swing going on, it happens.

2 different smells, 2 different heights, 2 different strains. Just my humble opinion.

It's not uncommon for F1's to have different phenotype.
It just means the strain is not stable yet.

Who's did you run in 11'?
Big bud has skunky and earthy phenos
There's a sativa pheno it should finish same time.
Mr nice critical mass gave me a handful of sativa's.

Ive only bought from nirvana for the past 7 years so it was nirvanas. I thought also it had a skunky earthy smell to it and my plant on the left has it. The one on the right is short squatty definitely indica dominant just smells like a big lemon skunk. I am really excited to smoke that bitch when shes done lol. For the other comments I thought the exact same thing, that just like with children some are taller. some are shorter etc etc, But when I say these look like two entirely different plants and smell like two entirely different plants I'm not kidding. Will post pics tomorrow and you guys can be the judge. I think it could just be a genetic defect, because I have never had a problem with Nirvana in all these years. Or maybe somebody was stoned during the packaging and slipped me something else by mistake, either way I'm excited.

Almost everything from nirvana smells like lemon in my opinion I have grown two different strains from them and both smell lemony but one smells like it has a little berry in it... So it’s possible that all there stuff is close to the same IMO

The two that I have grown did I didn’t mean it literally bro I was talking bout the two I grew from there hybrid mix I think was the name of it

F1 usually is pretty uniform. Its common with ag seeds.

F2 will be all over the place with phenos.

Not doging out nirvana cuz both were good smoke just both had the lemon taste wasn’t to amazed by them or Fast buds

Lol. Grew 2 strains and now knows how the hundreds of other strains smell.

I've not grown anything from Nirvana - I've been an Attitude guy for ever but it sounds like I'll need to start looking for alternative seed banks from what I've read.

Nirvana doesn’t even have a hundred strains on there site maybe if u count fems to regs and autos so quit taking everything so literal

When you get a pack of beans the seeds should all look the same or very similar. If they are different sizes and colors then I am skeptical. Crop king is the only seed bank that has sent me a batch that didn't look uniform and the results were average. I have grown nirvanas afghani and WW and felt I definitely got what I ordered but that was about 10 years ago.

How did your WW come out ??I have read and heard WW is a little harder to grow is that true???

No problems for me personally. My pheno was actually pale green. Stark comparison to the dark green Durban poison it grew next to. The Durban hermied and pollinated my WW so I had female seed. The result of that turned out to be a radically racey smoke I didn't like.

That depends how far they have been worked. Quit making blanket statements. The only way they will be uniform is if they are f1 or f8 or more. F2 through f5 or so an vary wildly in each pack.

Even strains that have been worked very well will still have a few different phenos in a particular strain.
