Soon it will become evident that only one is a cannabis plant. Kill the other one as soon as you can tell them appart.

Had the same thing happen to me but it was with an auto strain. 1 died and the other managed to produce decent buds. Only problem I had was the roots from the dead plant started to rot and I had to use some sensizym.

I seperated them for my paper towel when they were open and then both grew big the problem is that when they began flowering the problems begin to show leaf started to curl & yellowing burn and it kept going although i flushed I toke some clones and now the clones show the same problem as their twin mother DO YOU GUY"S THINK THAT BECAUSE THEY WERE TWINS THEY BOTH WERE WEAK OR SOME GENETIC PROBLEM ???? Pic is from the second plant one of the twins

What are you using for medium? What are you feeding them? How often do you water? We need as much information as you can provide to help you properly.

From what I see in the pics though, it looks like they are starving.

Are you for real? Just wow. Troll on.
How is anything I said troll like in any way? Has trolling become so pervasive that random people call me a troll for giving sound advice? If you knew me you'd realize how dumb your statement truly is.

It is possible for a single seed to produce 2 separate stems/plants. It is extremely rare, but it does happen. So saying to kill the one that is not a marijuana plant is plain ludicrous.

The fact that you did not add any useful information to the OP for his actual issue, I just assume a troll. Maybe next time, besides replying, you will offer some assistance? Maybe I am just thinking outside of the box? IDK.

i have to say there are no plant problems only solutions
Another guy..... Thanks for your personal insight, but maybe you would like to add the solution for the OP's issue?

Must just be one of those people trying to get post #'s up on the forum or something.(troll/spam/waste of space) Take your pick.

IF it was twin plants from seed, they would be mutants and most likely not vey good genetically. That's why the issue. Most of the time when people thi I they have "twins" from seed, it is just the potting soil that is mostly organic sprouting a little seed that was in the compost. That happens all then time, and the first time grower often thi is it is two pot plants, but you soon see its only one.

Again IF it did sprout two plants it's a mutant and not gonna do very well most likely, due to the genetic mutation.

I dont think mutant is the right word. A mutation is a change in the genetic sequence (usually deleterious). They are twins, not mutants. Twins are just two embryos that originated from cell divisions.

Its pretty easy to tell if its not a marijuana plant, only a few weeks and the differences are evident. He probably does have twins IMO

Mutation is the exactly right word, and it's evident in that the OP is having trouble with the TWINs.

All twins are genetic mutations. Think of identialcal twins. A sperm fertilizes the egg, the egg has a genetic mutation causing it to split in two. Boom twins caused by mutation. Now that is not to say the result is a MUTANT, as most twins I've met don't seem very much like the x-men.

Just pop a new seed.

Two seeds sprouting from one is more like a Conjoined twin if you really think about it lol
