No plans to trellis or net. They'll grow as is and whatever happens, happens. As they bulk up one plant should be fine holding it's own, the other isn't quite as strong.

I would love to hear your conclusion? Do you think up potting was effective? Would you still choose cloth pots same size? Any idea what caused your bud rot?

Up potting to the 15s in flower wasn't worthwhile, but going from 3s to 5s was. The plants were already focused on making flowers instead of spreading roots in the 15s.

I'd chose the appropriate size pot based on the plant. Like anything in growing one size doesn't fit all.

The bud rot I'd venture to guess was mostly from constant moisture from all the rain and lack of drying out.

Up potted one of the outdoor plants
Good luck to you. I had enough last year to last me for a while. I didn't get enough direct sunlight and the constant stressing about weather just drove me crazy. I'm skipping outdoor growing this year to focus on my indoor and try to make my way to some older seeds I've been meaning to get to. Steve Lemme OG x white cherry truffle and the regular Steve Lemme OG by GuamMaineian Gardens. Steve Lemme OG was his last pack left of an old strain I really like that can have a pheno that just reeks of rotting meat and garbage but will put you on your butt. What are you going to run outdoors? I'm too lazy to go thread digging to find it .

These are just clones of my TI1 run. Threw them in some soil and see what becomes of them. I'm not thinking the New England weather will hold out long enough to harvest them. My first outdoor attempt last year disappointed me with the weather and pests. Like everything else these are just for fun. One was supposed to be gifted to a friend but who knows.

You guys are tough to be dealing with that weather up there. Same as the Oregon coast stuff. Cold and damp at harvest time is just too much stress for me. Hope it finishes out in time for you.
