TWEED GIVING FULL REFUNDS

Should Tweed replace patients with acceptable medication from another LP just as Greenleaf did?

So I was perusing the MMPR regulations the other day. They certainly appear updated from previously, and it seems even more in favor of the LP's, actually.

For example, did you all know that the weight printed on the label is regulated to within -95%, +101%? What the fuck is that?

Big operations like this live by the bean counter. If it says they can get away with -95% that's what they'll do. Your average street thug will go 0.2 over.

But yeah, as far as returns go? Money isn't mentioned! "Credit" is all they have to offer. I don't think our "Free Market" commerce laws actually work that way?

All the stuff on the labels is within a certain range. THC/CBD levels are +/- 2%. 95% weight though is pretty rough, every 30 grams ordered you're only receiving 28.5. That adds up after a few orders. Nobody likes being ripped off. Apparently with all their scientific methods and testing and regulation nobody can find an accurate scale.

+-2% THC that isn't easily verified, and very easily excused without a real watchdog effort as I'd proposed elsewhere. But an accurate scale, most clients have got, and there are no excuses!

What bothers me the most about it is that it's so skewed. Had it been +-5%? Still really crappy but "fair". +1% is indicative of a higher level of accuracy than -5% can be excused for. This is really just a big FU, right there in the regulations. Meanwhile there's also nothing in it about calibration standards or schedules either. Once a year good enough? Meh, it's within the acceptable 95%.... have a credit, piss off.

This is mass production. If they can save a penny on every order they'll do it and it all adds up for them. That 5% is substantial, I agree, and it will add up spanning all of their clients too. Might buy them a Ferrari at the end of the year. Maybe while they're so busy waving the necessity for "standards" in our faces, they should check out a few for measurement. If that's really their margin of error then it should be 100% +6%. But it's kind of moot since they're not getting what they're paying for regardless.

Users ought to start throwing it on a calibrated scale when they get it and I can't even believe that I haven't seen anybody do it yet.

If it is -5% to +1% then what are they expecting to aim for? the midpoint? -2% Why not aim for 0?
+-3% is the only logical way if that is the margin of error.
Unless they expect to have the extra 4% stuck to the inside of the package?

28.5 out of 30 grams ordered, 1.5 grams is like 2 joints on every order, that's like 6-8 hours worth of medicine for me. Damn I haven't been ripped off like that since I was like 14 and didn't know any better. Really though why such a fucked margin of error? I would expect they could do like 99-101% or something more accurate than 95-101%.

they would just say "oh that was from the drying of moisture out of the buds" or "your scale it out as it's only a home style scale" blah fucking blah..... you know the corporate bullshit that they always seem to spew out to say it's never our fault it's the fault of the consumer (because were not patients to these businesses, were consumers)

and it's so easy to switch, you can't say for sure what any of these LP's are going to send someone anyways. there should be so little moisture loss in shipping a sealed container...... nobody said anything about whining about a little loss but half a gram shouldn't happen in what 3 days shipping? get a grip... it should be more .05 g

Anyone else out there get some credit from Tweed? No sign of anyone representing them at the expo.. Strange considering they are ready to take on patients? I suppose they are not ready to serve the people who know the difference between what they shipped out and what is available at the Champs Expo. No comparison by any stretch of the imagination.

Yes well...some people around here seem to think they don't actually 'make up" prices as they go along lol or that the different strains are side by each and grown with everything the same. Including time.
They harvest ready or not. Picture proof!!!! Why wait? Just becomes a cluster fuck not being able to say 'WHEN things will be done.
They just 'MAKE it ALL' ready at the same time. Give or take a couple weeks..
.Who cares??!!...it's all about cacaCASH. Shit meds still sell!!! :) .
Just ask all these guys. They're buying it.

ah well .....the ole saying...... WAIT TILL IT'S DONE....or you've wasted 8 to 10 weeks worth of time. Will hold TRUE!!! ;)

Shit meds. Shit reviews. Shit sales. Shit stock prices.

END OF BUSINESS!
