Tutorial: How to make your own Volcano Vaporizer for under $50!

That grow setup seems to be fairly well made on a low budget and, more power to you for being able to make your own vaporizer. I just buy the vaporizers that are at my local head shop.

What vaporizer do you have?

I also have the Vapir 5.0 I showed on the first page that I compared this to, it does bags and whip and cost $150. My homemade works better.

I have a VaporBrothers vaporizer, that takes a whip. And it came with a free hydrator attachment for the whip.

I prefer a whip over a bag. I think being able to control the airflow with your lungs is a better option, than relying on the machine to blow hot air over the 'product'. Im not trying to dis on your invention, its awesome for those people out their who cant afford a vaporizer for 100 -300 dollars.

I like the whip on some occasions but I can get some monster pulls from the bag of my homemade.

I'm just trying to help out those out there don't mind doing thing for themselves instead of paying a bunch of money for a name.

Yea and with the economy in debt the way it is there are a lot of poor people out their who would rather build their own than buy a name brand. I understand where your coming from, if I was broke and couldnt afford a real one I would definitely build yours.

The link I posted is the cheapest non DIY volcano you can make. I have one and its simply amazing. Huge rips.

I love huge hits from the bag, I think that's what drove me to build this. My hand held was too slow filling a big bag.

nothing like the satisfaction of making something yourself that works as well or better than off-the-shelf.
Saving a few hundred $$$ doesn't hurt either!!
That's why I like growin my own!! LOL

Honestly, I never use my vaporizer. its too much work.

That's another thing I like about this design, it's really easy to pack a bowl and vape it, not complicated at all.

When the chamber it done it's as easy as pushing the screens back out with your finger then pack it again, real easy.

for noW I need to get warm... first winter in Canada, and living in Arizona isn't making it easy to adjust. It makes my high less pleasant, im alway walking around with a blanket and hoodie on. I look crazy!

I know what you mean, been living this far North most of my life and I still hate the cold. Hibernating in the basement with the my plants this year!

I have recommended it several times, but mostly to real friends. I think its a perfect money saver and lung saver. Still havent had the chance to build one sadly..

I wanted to bump this!! What a stroke of genius!! Great idea 420God!! I have a regular heat gun, with High/Low setting. I'll have to do some research to see what temperture that correlates to. But hell the HIGH setting at least SOUNDS good HAHAHA LOL!!!

couldnt you use that same principal and get fittings to work on a bong? that would be kick ass......for the price that is damn cool.

With regular cano bags you just have to put the mouthpiece on your bongs joint and it rips really well. So, I'm pretty sure you can accomplish this with the cheaper setup as well.

hmmmm gonna order the heat gun right now........I love new toys LOL.......well not a toy but you know what I mean........when I get it done will post pics
