my plants are 24 days old,how would diming my 600 watt mh light to 75% effect my plants?i have it at 1ft and a half above my plants,it gets a lil hot at 100%,when turned to 75% my temp in the closet is a steady 80 degrees.will this effect there growth rate?my plants havent shown any new growth in 4 days now,i think its because of the temps,it gets from 79-87 degrees when my light is at 100%,i have them in a small closet 3 ft by 2 ft.

Are you venting the hot air/room in any fashion?
no im not,its not possible for me to set up a vent system,so i just open my window and closet door and have two fans in the door way of the closet, after i do my first harvest ill buy a grow tent, but until then i have to work with what i have :( i done spent about 400 bucks on this grow already lol

wait,i had an idea lol, would it help if i seal off my closet door except for two holes that my fans would fit in,and have one fan blowing in air and the other fan blowing out hot air?lol gheto as fk but it would server the same purpose as a normal vent system right?

You could get by fine with one fan. Have one fan down low blowing air in, pressure will make it exhaust out the top. Or blow it out the top, and it will suck in below.

Are you running light in the night time when it's cooler out? From 6pm-6am for 12/12. It will help.
no,the light starts at like 4 am on a 18/6 cycle ,i accully wanted to change it where it runs at night but i was afraid if i did that then it would stress the plants plants or something,so would it b ok to cut my light cycle short in order to get them to run at night?

24 days old and 100 new threads created during that time...

Let me go ahead and answer your next question. Yes the leaves are supposed to be green.

Yes. It shouldn't stress them in my opinion. In nature they are constantly adjusting to light length. What will stress them is light leaks during the night cycle. It is more important to have no leaks if your night cycle is during the day. I actually kept my lights off for 18hrs to adjust time schedule instead of shortening the day. But either way your good.
