turn off co2 or just lower ppm for final weeks of flower?

I have a sealed room, I run the co2 at 1850 ppm because my temps reach 90, I'm starting the last 2 weeks of flowering Thursday. I have heard that supplemental co2 can give a bad taste and the co2 should not be used in the final weeks.

I do not have an intake for my room, and I don't intend on making one and I don't want to leave the door open cuz I don't want any light getting in the room during the dark period nor do I want any pests making there way in.

Couldn't I just lower the co2 to about 400 ppm (which is about the same as fresh air from outside would be) and turn off one of my lights to bring down the temp? Or should completely turn off the co2 and leave the door open during the light period and risk bugs?
