Could you clear up one more thing.
you file 1) File N12A Notice of Appeal to FCA of stay and dismissal.
and then for two...2) File N12 Motion to FCA for interim exemption.
^I fill out the pdf for two, but where do I put/send that?

I'm maxed out on the mmpr and still have a long way to go till I'm 90 years old. My merger claim is for just over 1.5mil. Anyone who was covered under the mmar with a much larger script will have massive claims.

i agree completely but if you think what you are asking for, it's not that unreasonable. you are asking for your daily dose times $15/g cuz you have to buy it through a LP times that by 365-a year and then your life expectancy and Turmel uses that you'll live until you're 90.
think of the flip side-if you do live until you're 90 and get your script filled at a LP at $15 a gram-that's how much you would give the Government

there is no MMAR vs MMPR either regime would have the same formula. if you don't or can't grow-you don't claim for stored MMJ, plants, investment or grow cycle

COMPENSATION FOR DAMAGES:

You'll must figure out your damages claim for the loss of:

If you have or had an ATP, input storage and plant limits

Stored Grams: _____ @ $15/gram Prairie Price = $_____________

Plants: __________ @ $1,000/plant = $_____________

If you shut down or have to shut down: Production site investment = $_____________

If you lost 3 months of grow cycle, that's a 90 days times your dosage:

Grow-cycle loss by H.C. Order = Dosage _____ * Days ______ = $____________

If you have to pay Prairie Plant prices until you're 90, you'll need:

Gr/day: _____ x 365 x $15 x ____Yrs to 90 = $_____________

Total: = $_____________

It should be a scary number. Remember it. It gets repeated over and over and you'll have to fill it out over and over.

Oh, and before you get confused as all shit or make error as this critical.

At the bottom of the page (47th page lol) it asks for plaintiff signature witch is your own. My suggestion is you take a pic of your signature and scale it down and paste it there.
