Ok so this is my first time growing after many years of smoking I finally have the opportunity to grow but I've gotten into a rush and realized I need to stockpile my supplies untill I have the space to do a full grow start to finish but here is a list of what I have so far.
. 250w hydrofarm Sunburst mh/hps with cooling fan
. 250w agrosun gold mh
. 2 5 gallon dwc buckets
. 2 8" net pots
. Active aqua 3w pump
. 2 4" air stones
. General hydroponics Flora series proformance pack
. Rockwool blocks
. Liquid Ph up and down
. Humidity dome and tray
I think that's everything I have so far any advice on my setup so far would be helpful because I don't want to half ass my grow.
A good self beating is good for us. I just screwed up and left off the humid dome for 6 new clones. I put them on a window sill and they, of course, flopped over.
A grow is 1/2 ass of nature. You can't can't get better that. So, you are no where near 1/2 ass.
Use a water pump to lift water. That is what I do now. See my thread on Flooming. No need to heat water with bubbles to lift it. The bubbles don't add O2. They add heat and lift the water with hot bubbles.
The mass transfer of O2, happens at the surface by atmospheric pressure only. Also, understand O2 and water are quite naturally missible. All water has disolved O2. In fact, at 10 ppm, my RO water is practically staturated. I've tested it.
So, you are not set up yet, good. The secret in these 1/2 ass natural environments is controlling the heat loops.
Hot bubbles to lift water that must remain below 70 degrees to guard against Pythium, root rot, is crazy.

It is a total environment control issue. BTW, it has taken me 18 months to set up in a 5 x 9 foot bathroom. But, I was getting some buds as I went. Lost a complete crop of 12 to root rot, etc.
What about your fans, both circulation and exhaust, a carbon filter? Draining? pH, PPM instruments?
Once you get the space, you will find what you need to build into that space.
I say skip GH. Not a cannabis nute and drove me crazy with Calcium and Magnesium lacking.
Go to Canna or Dutch Master. You need such a little amount. You cannot start ganja clones at 400 ppm. You will need to construct your own feeding schedule. Start by 60 ppm Clonex on clone. I add a two week period for rooting in, in tiny root cups before I start Veg. I transplant, to Veg, a clone that is growing. Not one, shocky, shaky and ready to stall.
Ignore all that nute strength suggestion. They are selling. I'm at 5 weeks on Sour Diesel and only 130 ppm. Get syringes for measurement.
Those nutes are buffered and you won't need much Up and Down.
So, no need to hurry. You have not started.
How will you keep you water below 70 degrees? What Ben Microbes will you use to protect your roots if you run a higher res temp?
So, don't worry about being 1/2 ass, now. Plenty of time for that later.
