will this work Im worried about heat issues's and havent bought the system

room is 10ftx8ftx6ft

this is with a hydrofarm coolable fixture and a 1000 watt sunset ballast+rep

Unless you just want to spend the money you don't need a incoming fan if you do I would get a hepa filter for it, really you just need an inlet the air being pulled out the exhaust naturally vaccums in new air, and you really don't need two inline fans for your exhaust just make sure you meet the cfm requirements to pull through your filter probably 400cfm. The 6 inch would do or a single 8 inch your choice. I would probably just go with the 8 inch if the price difference isn't huge.
Just my two cents.

The room is pretty airtight...besides a small vent hole for the exhaust and intake on the bottom of the closet door...that's why I feel I need a intake ...has for the 2 exhuast fans I just thought I needed more power to coolthe light

More is always better and that 1000watter will def need some cooling, even with it being a cooltube setup....I duct intake from a crawlspace where it's 15 deg cooler than ambient outside and for summer, I have to duct some ac from a floor register to help... Good karma to ya, you're definitely thinking along the lines you need to to make it a good setup...
