At this point I have trouble seeing them really cracking down on the industry. I mean something like 1/4 of the country has legal recreational weed now, with another good amount having medical. Even a lot of republicans are for it. Just look at florida where MMJ passed with something like 75%. What they MIGHT do is crack down harder on those who are violating the laws and selling out of state.
