nice frost on those puffe, should be nice to smoke em! Does it look like you are gonna reach your goal of 1 oz dry per plants? 6 plants and 250Watts ?(whats the power of the KEssil?) That would be pretty good!
I just ordered a new LED, I will probably start a journal soon, getting rid of my 2 x 400W hids for a FERO
FeroMax 336x3W LED, it should be good!

Yo Endur0! Long time no see. Hope everything has been good for you. Yeah the girls are starting to frost up rather nicely, will definitely be some prime smoke for sure. Still a little too early to tell if I'll hit the goal or not, I'll give a prediction a little closer to week 6 or 7. Even if I don't end up hitting it, I definitely think it's possible with my setup. Not sure what the actual power of the H350 is, the website says 90w but I've heard reports saying ~70w and I'm really not sure about the diamond either, I've heard between 175-195w so I think I'm running around ~250w give or take. I've been meaning to get a kill-a-watt meter for the longest time...I guess it's time again. Next week I promise an actual reading on each.
Nice to see you finally swapping out the hid. Trying to remember if you already have a fero? Must like them if you're buying another right? If I remember right you had quite a nice little collection of leds of different companies? Looking forward to your journal if you start one up.

Subbed! this is great intel for my up and coming grow, which I being a n00b will journal hopefully it will be as helpful as all these other grows ive followed!

Nice stuff. What diameter are your colas? I'm on day 34 of 12/12, so I'm doing a quick bud comparison...though obviously I'm not trying to compete here ;) I can't say I didn't notice that yours look a bit bigger than mine :/ hehe

Good job.

Sup ffh! Give me some specifics about what you are interested in knowing. I already posted my feeding schedule and haven't really changed anything. Water every other day with approx 1gal. Coco a&b @ ~8ml/g, cannazym @ ~7ml/g, boost @ 8-12ml/g, weeks 3-5 pk13/14 @ 2, 4, 5 ml/g gradual increase, and calmag @2-6 ml/g depending on how theyre doing.

Thanks mjr coco! Your compliments are appreciated especially since ive been following your journal (very impressive!). Illtake some pics with tape measure to show current diameter and length of some nugs. Up later tonight.

You're welcome Puff. I've been lurking here, and on plenty of other threads for a while now, just taking in the scenery mostly hehe!

I have no idea how this subbing thing works yet (is it the journal this post button..if not then what does that actually do??) but I'll keep checking-in for ongoing updates!!
:)

Subbing to a thread will notify you in your riu control panel whenever the thread gets a new post. A nice feature really, I just sub to interesting threads that I might not be able to find again, think im subbed to about 20 different ones. Just click on thread tools near the top of a thread and add a new subscription.

Pics were taken on day 36 / start of week 6. Not adding pk13/14 anymore. Very tempted to try out some advanced nutrients overdrive for the next 10-14 days up to flush. I've heard great things about this product and a buddy swears it is amazing. He gave me some to try out, just a little hesitant. Any opinions on the product or similar products used in last couple weeks to increase bud sizes? I also got the kill-a-watt meter and checked out what my lights are actually pulling. Both lights pull under what their advertised as, which I'm actually rather happy about instead of upset over. Knowing that I'm getting the kind of harvests I've been getting with less watts is actually a satisfying feeling instead of feeling bitter that I didn't purchase as many watts as advertised. Looks like between the two lights I'm running just about ~250w.

(side note: my macbook pro wall charger uses nearly as many watts as the h350)

Forgot about taking the pics with the measurements of the nugs, maybe I can get around to that later this week or next weekend.

Thanks for stopping by, see you next time!

"to increase bud sizes" ...puffenuff.........................<< ha they look big "enuff" to me...............awesome job my friend:)

so the 350h does run at 71w, take away the driver and fan and they are at the top $--per--w.........well quality costs/seem to be worth it by the pics........keep it growing

And yeah a bic lighter next to girls would be nice..........

Sup dawg! Thanks for the compliment. I think I'm going to run both strains 8 weeks, give or take a few days. Im halfway through week 6 now, so we are getting close. The hash passion says it's a 7 weeker but I think it will need a few more days.

Yo psua! Yeah I was a little surprised at what the h350 can do with such low power. My guess is without the driver/fan the chips themselves probably run around 60w, maybe less? I'll get a lighter pic up for sure. Thanks for the kind words, I'm going to try to get these buds even bigger with the overdrive, just hope I don't mess things up trying to do so. The bottle says 8ml/gal and to cut other nutes in half, so I'm going to use like 4ml/gal and cut my nutes down to 1/3 just to be safe for starters and work my way up for the next ten or so days. Keeping my fingers crossed!

I decided to try out the overdrive to see if it makes a difference. I also ordered a new light that I will be using on my next grow. It's an apache tech AT120wr 3/2 (white/red ratio) combination with 14 degree lenses. I'll put up pics when I get my hands on it. I'm stoked about this.

^^^^^now we're talking/ great purchase......can't wait to see that panel in action/ congrats......(3/2) ratio is what I would have picked no question/ if I had a grand to burn:)
Not a fan of these flower booster nutes/ their just sugar/carb loads that can be made for cents yourself(IMO).......

Thanks, I'm hoping it will be a good light. After speaking with Andre, the owner of apache tech, and one of the customer service guys, I learned a lot about the design of their panels, the chips they use, their connections with nasa and stanford, and even some of their future products (watch out for a larger panel coming out from them soon) I'm pretty confident about the purchase. Pricey for sure but supposedly has superb diodes, is industrial strength, and i'll be supporting local business, no drop shipping from china this time. I was tempted to try to build a similar panel myself, but after pricing similar parts the price was almost the same but the time saved for me is what makes it worth the extra couple hundred bucks. Anyway, i'm also thinking about ordering the lumibar from lumigrow for my next next light unless the at120 just blows me away.
