Troubled grow

I've had more trouble with this grow than I've had with any previous grow. It started with a pretty bad root rot problem, I had a pump timer that was shorting out and watering my girls way more then they should have been, especially that early. I'm really not expecting a lot out of this grow and I'm just trying different things; like Bud Boosters (MOAB), different trimming techniques, different lights in flower (MH v HPS) over different trays, CO2, etc.

I have 3 different trays with 27 plants between them, all under 1000w on a 12/12 cycle. Watered 2x a day. Although they could probably be fine with just once a day, I'm trying to see how hard i can push them.

My ph is starts at 5.4 or 5.5 and I don't adjust until 6.2. RO water and in the 4th week of flowery, my PPMs are around 600, usually takes about a week or so for the PPMs to drift down to 400 at which point I top off my nutes. Room temp are, at hour one of lights on 76, at hour 12 of lights on 86 and lights off is usually low 70s. Relative Humidity is around 45 to 55% except while the tables are full of water, humidity jumps up to mid 60s. I have no mites, no gnats, or any other bug that I've seen.

I'm lights are about 24 inches above my kolas. But the plants directly under the lights are the ones suffering. Actually only 2 plants ate showing any signs. (I should have seen the problem earlier but it's kinda hard to tell sometimes when they are right under the light) Oddly enough, these two plants have the biggest kolas, crazy thick with lots of clusters. But the top fan leaves look like this. None of my other girls look like this or are having any visible issues (OK, I do have one plant that never really recovered from the root rot that does show some signs N deficiency but that's plan has had a hard time from the beginning)

Anyway, what do you guys think?
