Trouble germinating in ag, help

ok this is kinda crazy. i went to the seed bank downtown, i bought 12 skunks i tried the first gemination of 4 with the paper towel method and it didnt work i waiting like 2 weeks, then i put 4 other seeds in the aerogarden and have been wiaitng almost a week and a half now and nothing, i seriously need some help like germinating for dummies, but seriously i only have 4 seeds left and I need a way to do the last 4 cause other wise i am gonna have to go back and get another 12 ??? any ideas please any help happy smoking 420 WHOOA

soak the seeds for 20 hrs in rm temp water....get a paper towel wet and fold in half(find a paper towel with a raised design...) next put the seeds in the paper towel,place this p.towel in between 2 red or blue foam plate(this traps in moisture and keeps out light...put in a furnace rm if possible or on top of fridge....i flip the towel daily just so water stays even....this works so good 4 me and have at least 90% success...after i killed so many plants i finally figure this out-damn details

thanx for advice ill keep it posted i am gonna try it, right now i have 4 seeds in a wet but not soaking wet paper towel folded, and its under my bed,? good or no, its totally dark
