Yes it was a complete scam I am so upset that someone could take money from a sick person in desperation! Just want to make sure the word is out that this place is a scam

The sender Trinity medical marijuana should have sent it properly and ensure their package. They never mention that I paid $55 for shipping it was promised overnight without any issues never once did they mention ensuring the package. After paying over $2,000 for the oil I got a phone call that the shipping company wanted $2,500 to insure my package. That was their delivery fee or they were sending my package to the authorities. The entire process was a scam!

Spread the word ! Stay away! I was just diagnosed with cancer and it takes 30 days to get a medical card in New Jersey I was desperate and was taken by a scam!
there are a few things i question about your post
first on the website it does indeed state they charge a 55$ fee for shipping took all of 2 seconds to find that
but i am most curious about the shipping company calling you themselves.
did you call trinity back and complain that a shipping company called you asking for 2,500$ , if so, what did they say?
how did a shipping company get your phone number? did you ask trinity if they handed out your number?
i think its best you call trinity back to see if you can get some answers before stating they scammed you, it sounds more like a shipping company corrupt employee than trinity themselves, but im curious eitherway and would like more information

Hi, this is my sister and I also believe we were scammed. The shipping company name is Vitex Shipping Line, yet if you look them up online, nothing comes up for them, but if you use the link in the email they send you, it brings you into a site. The $2500 was called a refundable insurance fee. How is that even possible. What's the point of the fee if it is refundable. We are heartbroken over this, because we thought we found a way to get the oil for my sister to start treatment. Instead we got taken !
right but have you ACTUALLY called trinity to ask for an answer about this issue?

Trinity guaranteed getting the oil to us. They stated on their website that it was guaranteed delivery not once did they mention any type of insurance fee that would be needed. They made it seem like they packaged this very discreetly and there would be no trouble getting the package to our door. Bottom line is that I sent them over $2,000 and we never got our treatments. If they are legitimate company they would make sure they came through for me.

did you call trinity back? if so what was the conversation?
it seems as if you people just threw up your hands and said "well thats it we got scammed lets not look for any answers lets just be done with it"

I have been on emails and phone conversations with Trinity regarding the shipping problem. Here is their reply "We were not aware of this fee, it happens at time due to the custom security. But they have cancelled the fee and asking for a Medical Card because the package was checked. So its not the company's fault. We just need to come to a compromise like mature people so we can get this oil to you." WE can ship another package to you with a different shipping agency, but we cannot upfront the package. We have policies to follow cus Trinity is owned by a group of people. That was their response! They are asking for more money! What happened to them guaranteeing their package to us without any problems?: if you go to their website, it states how they send their packages without any problems with security, they use an untraceable method. I keep asking them how they are going to resolve this, and they are telling me that i have to send more money.
i would say include this information the next time you post
it really helps the user base on riu when you put in all the information upfront instead of being asked for it your origional thread is written poorly, its just all cap locks, now i can understand why its written that way i would be pissed off too
but if you write your thread in a proper manner and include all infromation than other users can read it
when it looks like just a rant in cap locks with no information by a new member seasoned users on rollitup will by pass it and not believe it
we have a lot of users claim scammed with poorly written threads and it comes to find out they were never scammed by whatever company in the first place
so please do your best to write out a full proper report
