I am in week 10 of flowering and plant is about ready. My question is can i trim all the branches excpet for the main cola? Figuring it will concentrate everything into the cola for the last week. Will this shock the plant too bad, will it decrease trichomes and potency? Thank everyone

Your trim will not be very good smoke. Plus that massive of a cutting job? The gain might be good for the top cola but your overall yield and quality will suffer.

110 looked after I responded. Figure it out. You have your doubts so do it. No lesson learned like a hard lesson learned. 60+ year old guy tells you and you don't listen. Oh well. Not much else to discuss.

Do the opposite of what you said. Harvest the big cola first, it's done. Allow the lower buds an extra day or two then harvest. Any pruning done to effect top buds happened long ago.

No. Trimming up branches this late in flower will not help you. It may hurt you IDK because I have never removed branches past 2 weeks in flower.

I have done it indoors. Had a bad bug problem so I di5tched all the crap and left the colas, It looked weird and did stop growth
for a few days then took off again just about doubled in size. However I got tired of waiting on it and found some mold and killed it.
But yeah people do selectivly harvest but as mentioned it is usually the top stuff first. That opens up the light to the lower stuff.

EDIT: I will also add that these plants were already hermied too so I wouldnt try it
with a healthy plant unless you just want too.

no man dont do that.

You should have trimmed off the lower sucker branches/shoots in the first couple weeks of flower. Cutting branches off now is only going to shock it. That would also mean that you aren't going to let your side branches finish?
just let it finish up.
