95% of my trichomes are milky. 2.5% are amber, and 2.5% are still clear?? Is this normal to have amber and clear all on the same bud?

Yes, sounds almost time to harvest. Wait longer for more amber color trichomes if you like a more couch lock high

I would not use anything but plain ph'd water, you should be flushing for the last 2-3 weeks of flower
