yeah, it's a flowering plant through a kaleidoscope. i animate & would like to post some animations of this but not sure if RIU supports animation (.mov, h.264, .gif animation) as an upload like photographs. the animations are trippy

no photoshop. aperture by apple & pixelmator


used a shallow depth of field shot of blowfish in flower mode with the bud offset. i tried several versions but choose this one because of the dark background & the vibe.

for animation i use Motion, Aperture & Final Cut Pro & Photoshop cs5 for gif animations

very cool. i several macs but use a 17" 3.06 GHz laptop with a SSD, love it :)

i noticed a big jump in speed especially rendering movies in Compressor.

yeah the SSDs small now, mine is 256GB, & apple released a 512GB SSD, fine for the OS drive.

What a nice art is this! For this Art what software have your used? I think you have used photoshop for this. But I saw many of the sunflowers and all are in yellow color but this one is in green color so there is a little bit confusion about its color.
