Hey could someone tell me the best way to transplant a young plant to a larger pot? Im growing in soil and I just want to give my plant some more root room.

Lightly squeeze the sides of the small pot to release the roots a little bit. Put the main stem in between your index and middle finger holding the top of the soil with your hand. With the other hand lightly tap the bottom of the pot until the plant and root ball pop out. Place into a bigger pot and fill soil around the roots and stem to hold it in place. It is really easy you have nothing to worry about

Tight man thanks, i figured it wasnt too difficult but i figure its better to ask so i dont miss something obvious and lose a plant to negligence.

Thanks a lot

I don't know how you can fuck up transplanting a plant... You take the rootball out, put it in a bigger pot and fill dirt around it. Transplanting is one of the easiest parts of growing I think

ripping the roots out on accident when half the root ball ripped and fell unto the floor and 2nd time i let the soil get real dry and when i went to bring it out it ripped and the stem and roots break (completely off ) at soil level

If you do this^^^^^ you will never have any transplant problems that is for sure. I have never ripped any roots or stems using this technique
