Transplanting, Re-potting Help

as seen in my pictures in my grow journal, my sprout will soon grow out of its peat moss cup, its 3x3 id say. Am I supposed to transplant straight to 1gal container or should I go for something in the middle, and then the 1gal?

I would go straight to 1gal container. Thats what I did and mine are doing better than fine.:mrgreen:

I've read that transplantingdirectly to your final container is recommended. It allows for more error with over/under watering, and you don't have to worry about shocking your plants or messing them up when you transplant them again.

Yeah your right, I go with 1g because of space constraints when under my MH then 3g for flowering.
