TRANSPLANTING QUESTION!!

Hello all I really hope someone can give me some advice! I have some little ladies that are 38 days old about a foot tall and very bushy. I have decided to veg them for another 2-3 weeks possibly a month and I want to transplant them to a bigger home. They are currently in standard 3 gallon pots ( which are cheapies and I hate ) and I want to put them into 5 gallon grow bags. I have never transplanted this late in the cycle and nothing in this big of pots.. So the questions are how do I even attempt to do this I have no clue where to begin?!? Also will transplanting them be to stressful on them at this point ?

Transplanting from a 3 gallon pot is no big deal if the roots are well established. The roots will hold everything together. I like to do it when the soil is still a little damp so everything holds together well. Not too dry and not too wet - so maybe a day or so after watering. At this size you can put the stem between your first two fingers and flip the pot upside down and then pull it off. Sprinkle it with your mycos if you are using, and into the bag it goes. Won't hurt them a bit so buck up and get it done!
