Transplant sprouts

I am new to this and was wondering when to transplant my sprouts into bigger pots. I started with MG seedstarter formula and perlite with no fertz. I am going to use MG Organic choice and perlite for my veg and flower cycle. How big do my sprouts get before I plant them into a bigger pot? Also when can I start using fertz? Any suggestions on Fertz to start veg? Any other comments or just helping me out will be appricated. Thanks

Transplant them before their smaller container is a problem. Thats when I do it.

how big is the pot they are in. i use jiffy pots to begin with than transplant after 1-2 weels. transplant them all the way down to the 1st set of leaves

by planting it down deeper to the 1st set og leaves will make your plant less stretched and the stem that is now in the soil will turn into roots helping it grow better at a young age because there will be more root mass
