Tote Growery Am I Missing anything?? First Time Grow

I have a 2x totes stacked on top of each other. 4x 27w CLF's equal to 100w each. 3 Inch Fan. Keeps the box around 76F with all lights on. I'm Getting sheet of Mylar. Is there anything i could be missing?

Might need an extra fan to draw air out, just to get a nice intake/exhaust system setup...other than that you should be straight!
