How old is she? I'd wait at least a week after transplanting from rooted cutting. Look for nice bottom branching and top right above those. Some times I even wait 2 weeks from when I put rooted cutting into growing medium. As far as how big as in tall, I'm not sure how too answer that, but earlier the better is what I've found to work good for me.
