I heard that LST is unnecessary outdoors. if its true, why?
I started a Super Skunk last year ( outdoors ) and i just topped it when it reached 4ft and wished i didn't cos it got to big to hide
im not a pro at this but personally i would just let her grow, but there are some good ( very good ) growers who could give better
advise, im on a inddor grow at the moment first time and already both plants are looking good

The reason you shouldn't top outdoors, is bc the plant is on a 12/12 light cycle. You dont top the plant in flowing bc it may focus its energy on that instead of the bud. Top lst n all that in veg

totally depends. you have people that top very early in flower to direct the energy into the lower nodes or to produce buds in clusters as oppose to full length colas.
lst outdoors would be a hard one if you put her out there while she's still young. reason being is that she is going to get huge to the point there is no need for it, so i assume. best thing i've seen people do is some form of scrog setup for an outdoor plant.

And its been a good thread bigbull glad i found it
Thanks for starting itView attachment 2473165 these girls have got this far cos of this thread
if you want or feel confident enough, you would be better off suppercropping that girl. find the middle of the stem and place your thumb and middle finger and press/crush and pinch it until you here a crunching noise. that should even out your canopy.
as for the short one, once it stops stretching i would take Roberto advise and sit on something that's going to bring it closer to the light.

it looks as if you pruned (took off some leaves) and super-cropped (bent) the lowers stems and not the center. the reason i why i suggested the middle of the main stem was to promote the lower growth to reach the top.

so idk how hot you light actually is but whenever im looking to see where im gonna set my lights just put your hand under it and feel my cfl lights are only 55 true watts and there hot as hell when you touch them but a little more than a 1/2 inch away its cool as hell cause of the fan i have blowing on them youll be suprised how quick they will grow that close. just gotta be cause full my plant grew too much one day and grew right into it lol
