Topping during flowering

This might sound like a noob question, but can you top during the flowering period? I've heard you can top during early flower, but wanted to confirm?

I always top about 3 wks into flower.
It helps everything down low fill out much better, produces 2 buds up top, and helps control height when growing indoors.

I topped for 4 shutes as per the UB method on a plant that had been in 12/12 for about 3 days a few months ago. It was about 3 wks old and about 12" tall at the time. 8 wks later it was about 30" and yielded 2 oz after drying. It was a particularly large, fast growing indica though. It probably would have yielded more though if I had topped and vegged a bit first.
But, yeah. It can be done.

Yeah man, u can top anytime u want.. Personally i wouldnt top any later than a week into flower, otherwise u will just b reducing ur yield.
I like to top early (bout a month in2 Veg), then give another couple of weeks b4 i turn so that everything is strong and healthy and able to support nice strong buds!
