Hey guys,
Not sure if this belongs here or in the 'newbie' thread - as that would describe me! If I should put it there, let me know, still learning etiquette here.
So a few days ago ( need to check notes when I get home ) I topped my plant for first time (the plants first and my first attempt at all).. It was working on its 8th node, and I cut off just above the 7th. After further reading - of Uncle Bens topping, I wish I had chopped above the second and gone for 4 nice and uniform colas, as space may end up being an issue. A big bush might not be as beneficial.
I'm wondering if I'm better off to leave it and and let it go and wait till next round to experiment with the 4 colas - or is it ok to just go ahead now and chop above the second node? Would I do more harm than good? Any help/advice would be appreciated!
