Top leaves turning yellow

she looks hungry. not sure what those spots are but i dont think its shit. you got a scope to look for pest to rule that out?
if your in soil 5.8 is a bit low. N will be more avail at 6.2-6.8. what soil mix are you using? nutrients? water??(tap or filtered)

doesnt look to bad i would raise ph first then check to see difference.

Hey buddy I agree with green machine, wouldnt worry much about the black spots & the yellowing of the new leaves might be an issue with your pH or too much manganese in the soil. In any case since your growing in soil keep your pH level to around 6-6.5 (5.8 is too low). Wrong pH usually leads to issues. Happy growing!
 
The problem was solved but i am having the same top leaves yellowing at the 2nd day of flowering. Thats normal??
