How old they are? If their root system doesnt developed yet, you need to cover them, and spray some water.
Also, I think you have pest problem. Seems like thrips.

I am not exactly sure about the age I clones from my buddy... I have been spraying with water what are thrips? I just put them outside today but the leaf has been curling since I brought them home

I think you put them in the sun too soon. Clones don't have a big enough established root system to deal with that strong of light. They need to be slowly acclimated to sun ....start off with 2 hours of sun a day then increase gradually....but supplement them with CFL light or similar when they aren't in the sun.

How much do you water and how often? If they are a few weeks old now, you don't have to spray them

Looks like typical southwest desert landscape. Get a thermostat out there. 140 degrees at lunchtime next to fence block will not let a clone without well established roots breath well.
Never tried to grow in your area but a small clone sitting close the top of wet soil has to be similar to growing in a sauna.

temps have not been to bad mid 90's during day i checked temp inside it was 87 however the air outside is pretty humid right now normally its a very dry heat however right now we are in the "rain season" rains about 2 inchs in 3 months haha desert.... I was thinking since this happened before i put them outside it could be from the climate change from by boys room to my set up... thanks for the input guys much love

Thats possibly it: stunned by a change in environment if the change was significant in temp and humidity
Also possibly too much humidity overall and even overwatered/misted in already high humidity.

Guess that makes about a half dozen opinions on what your problem may be. :)
