Honestly I don't know. He left after a bit of grief in the pass it forward thread. I don't know if that was the cause.
The @Pinworm thread was meant to fix it. Hasn't worked.
I pm'd him earlier, so I'm hoping that will give him an email notification and he'll check the message and realise how much he's missed.
