i got 9 plants growing right now and they are about a week old....looking healthy...im just wondering if there is such a thing as too much wind. cuz i have 2 fans blowing on them 24/7 oscillating and they seem to want to fall over...from all that i have read wind makes them stronger so wont strong wind just make them stronger in the long run?

are they falling over tho ? and wat u growing bush or hyd ? if soil is theres any soil being blown away but the fan ? if not then it should be fine and yes u will notice plants will be stronger in stems and body with the wind.

the bigger ones are kind of falling over but i just put these skewer things in the pot and rest them like against the wind....i dont tie anything just stick them in and it seems to help but i figure i want as strong of stems as possible when they start to pack on the weight so i thought it was a good idea to get some pretty good wind on them....to answer your other questions its soil and no the fans are not blowing my soil around jsut knocking the big ones around rofl

I have a small desk fan set on low blowing on mine and a large ocelating fan not really blowing on them but mostly blowing on the light it is set to low also. I think you may have too much wind if they are being blown over, maybe cut it back a little.

well if i just keep the skewers in there to keep them up the only think that could happen is stronger stems in the long run right? or can other problems be caused from too much wind

Well having to prop them up kinda defeats the purpose of trying to get them stronger, if they arn't supporting themselves then they wont get stronger from the wind. More is not always better especialy when it comes to plants, just give them enough wind to make them dance and keep them cool and they will be fine.
