Ok since you still havent gotten the answer your lookn for, use it to remove the hot air, it will lower temps more than just pushing in more cool air. As you extract the hot air, cool air will be sucked in through the cracks in the cabinet.

Why would you attempt growing and not have your setup ready to go. You don't start building your growroom after you have seeds growing. You need to stop and start reading and figure out what you need to keep your temps down and be ready to go.That is what everyone who is successful on here has done! Growing is hard enough with out adding the headache of getting things setup. You want success you need to prepare your area and get what you need and put it together. Sorry your not ready yet to start!

These fans work great, got them from HTG for around $40 each, they are 250cfm, I bought 3 but only using 2 at the moment

I would look into proping your door open, just a couple inches, and change your light schedule. Like have the lights go out at 11 but close the door at 10. Have the light come back on at 5 and whenever your leaving for work prop the door open again. As for your fan, just get it blowing on your plants. With the door proped open it will help push the hot air out too.

if your only going use one I would use it at the top of the cabnit blowing out of the cabnit. I think if you blow the hot air it the cooler air will still be drawn into the cabnit where ever it can get in.
