The Missouri Highway Patrol monitors stores that sell hydroponic equipment, and authorities use those sales to bust marijuana-grow operations. According to KMBC, Independence police said they used the same tactic that led them to the tomato grower to bust a marijuana-grow operation earlier Wednesday.

I hope this guy sues the city for millions an the judge who signed those warrents gets fired.

But maybe this guy was a real clever dude and knows about the surveillance. Perhaps he knew he'd get raided. Now he's no worries at all. Probably got his first sprouts now and made ketchup.

Fuckin A! Guess what I am doing before setting up my next grow op! Yup getting busted for growing tomato's! LOL

But yeah, apparently they got 1500 plants, and 20lbs of processed pot from this form of surveillance...pretty sad they can track this shit.

thing will be evolving quickly-

at a local town hall meeting, the chief said "basically, pot is off the table. we don't mess with it any more."

when these money chasers find out how much medical states are saving from NOT chasing potheads, they will do the same.
