To "top" or not to "top", that is the question.

Yeah it says I don't have permission to view your journal, so do you plan on keeping them in those cups they're whole life? One plant will struggle in such a small containor, let alone two. Never plant two plants in one pot, they will fight for light and nutrients. Also if somthing goes wrong both plants will die rather than one. It is possible to grow a plant in a cup it's whole life but it won't get very big, your plants will get root bound before you finnish since you Topped it will need longer in veg and more room to grow. I did a red solo cup grow awhile back, I got it to work but it still got root bound towards the end and I did 1212 from seed with no training or topping. So I would recommend trying to seperated those two plants (will be really hard since they're roots are tangled together) and switching over to atleast 1 gallon pots. DSC_0061.jpg

Nice solo cup plant!!!

Good advice but this is my first grow and being how big the roots may be tangled i don't want to set myself back by messing with it; so they will remain in the coffee container.(not worried about yield)

I added a bit of miracle gro liquid for nitrate since it's still vegging(the soil is a mix of clay and soil from old pots I found around the house) hoping it will wash out before I flower in a week or so.(I know people hate on Miracle gro but I'm working with what I got)

I have heavy 16 bud a,b nutrients for flowering when the time comes
