to re-veg or not to re-veg..

this is the question..

i've had 3 clones survive (paid genetics) a few months old haven't fed, just water, no PH'ing and their still holding on.

i took them in late veg; they were already sexing and have had them under the T-5 for 12/12 sometimes 18/6 as i've been manually on/off the light. they're about 12-18 tall, i'm getting low on stash which could get critical quickly..

should i try to re-veg or continue to flower?

Reveg takes some time but it might be worth it. I've gotten the biggest yields from re vegging plants. They'll get huge and look deformed at first, but in the end it's all good

good idea! how long?
If you're asking how long can you keep up the cycle of taking cuttings from the same mom, rooting them, then flowering them, the answer is theoretically forever. I cracked the beans about 5 years ago for a couple of strains I'm running, and I just keep taking cuttings every couple of weeks and flowering them. I've only had one strain, NLxBB, on which I 'blew out' the genetics: for about 18 months the buds were really dense and frosty, then overnight the buds turned wispy with much less trichome production. Weird...

For reveg? No clue, as it depends on environment and strain.

For cuttings? Roots take a couple of weeks. I'd be giving them 18-24 hours a day of light, tho. THEY need to reveg before they'll be useful. Again, no idea on duration.

That's why I said take cuttings if you want to keep the genetics and then keep the original plant on a flowering schedule.

right, so if i take the cuttings they too will still be in flower? just want to know how long it takes to push back to re-veg.
