Sure can. I do clones with 10 and 20 watt SMD type LEDs. You can use those cheap low watt panels too but they suck for growing mature plants. If you use more powerful panels you'll have to watch the height, not too close. I find white light LEDs are very good for cloning. Good Luck and Happy Growing?
