I grew my plant (snowflake) outside quite a while ago, and brought it inside in my closet to flower. its gone huge and now stands at about 7ft tall and sits in a 4 gallon pot. im guessing this must be far too small? can i get away with using this size pot through flowering ( im about 3 weeks in and the alot of new growth is clawing/curling under, and its not over/under watering ) for the size of the plant the bud site's look rather small and growth has slowed over the past week. If i have to re-pot her what size pot? i was thinking a 2ft wooden half barrel?

I think a 4 gallon pot is ok. And I also think is is far too late to do any transplanting. The shock at this stage would be horrendous. Flower it out and enjoy. I would not have put it inside to flower if you have been growing it outside. You can never beat mother nature. Mine are outside and began to flower last week and I am in WA.

Im going to do it.... despite what ive been advised i think that i really should remove a 7 foot plant from a 3 gallon tub. ive already gone out and got a 6.5 gallon tub and under tray. this plant has been through soo much and just keeps on going... when i topped it, it didnt get shock, it just went "ahahaha, F U" and grew 2 new heads in a matter of days. i really do think its root bound as i cant even get my finger down the side of the current tub.... wish her luck. im going to do this transplant half and hour b4 lights out, ill turn off the hps early for it but keep the cfl's on.

agree 100%...i think that whole thing of a 'transplant shock' is overestimated..if u do it gently and carefully u would be just fine..i repotted plants in flower and encountered no signs of a stunt growth, quite the opposite actually..good luck mate, it will pay off in the long run.

im about to transplant in 30 mins and would like to know if i should add nutes to my 1st feed?

no nute's in my compost, made sure of that. its the moisture control garden soil, best stuff from B&Q that dnt have nute's added.

i would personally give em just water nevertheless. let those roots grow in search of food..if u give em food straight away they would be to complacent to do anything rather than feast..anyway its just me reasoning, no science behind it, better get more opinions..

well ive done it now and she's asleep, looks fantastic in her new 30 litre dwelling. feed her 4.5 liter's of water as it was uber dry, with 1/4 nutes.

I have 4 plants. 2 Jock Horror, same pot . and 2 generic outside seeds plants. All approx 3 feet tall, growing outside on my private 2nd floor deck. I have one Jock Horror that has hairs and balls, its a hermie. Should I remove the hermie? I don't mind some seeds. Will save me money for next growing season...
