To Harvest or not?

Hi everyone!

So basically I have a super basic adapted version of the kratky method going on! It's my first grow and I wanted to test limits out and made some feeding and lighting mistakes at the start
- One Auto blue dream (left) and one regular lemon diesel in a small closet.

- Led 300w now 14 inches away and 24w on the door (first month from germ was under 30w (crappy usb grow lights).

1 gallon Tupperware each with an airstone connected to a dual airpump connected 24/7 which is topped up daily with fresh water and changed once a week with fresh water and nutes.

Nutes are gh micro flora bloom, cal mag, liquid seaweed and pk 13/14 and it got a bit of shilajit for a month as a friend recommended it.
At the moment they each get 1 1/2 tsp bloom, 1 tsp cal mag, 1/2tbsp liquid seaweed and 5ml of pk a week straight in the gallon tupperware. Sometimes I'll add a little bloom and pk when I water.

Ph is always between 5.7 and 6.3

Ppm around 650 now after nutes being changed 2 days ago at 950 ppm

Temp average
Day: 72 - 76
Night: 70 - 68

Humidity average now 50 %.

So where I need help is:

The blue dream has been pretty static for 10 days now, pistols are red/brown, trichromes are mostly milky and very very few new pistols coming out and she drinks little.

She also foxtailed!
Do I harvest or push more? She germinated on 28/11 first sign of flower 09/01

Where did I go wrong? (I was looking to keep her compact but with larger buds and healthier loking fan leaves(had to heavility trim her)

For the lemon

Fan leaves are looking sad and I'd love to speed and fatten her up.

What should I do? She's drinking well and the buds looks healthy.

Should I had another 300w led? My buddy can lend me his!

They were on 24h during veg and flipped to 12/12 when they started flowering in Jan!

I appreciate the paragraphs but I haven't had coffee so I couldn't read through yet

if you're asking Harvest time or not you probably better if you take your pictures in natural light
-good luck

that blue dream sounds done, but looks rather small. if trichomes say done then chop.
you are running dwc in 1 gallon pots? that's part why everything is so small. idk maybe a hydro expert can chime in on that.

It's a matter of personal preference.

To me, the plant in natural light could do with at least another week longer. Still a lot of clear trichomes. Barely any cloudy ones either.
Looks like one of the colas, in the blurple is still stacking and swelling too.

I vote longer.

One on the left may be close but let it go longer. Wait until the rate of ambers suddenly starts to increase. Foxtailing can be genetics or environmental, like lighting. One on the right is still a week away from being close to done. Plants should look pretty bad, buds excepted.

A friend and I decided to test for our first grow how small we could go and see what we could get! Just a fun experiment.

I'd say 60% of tric are milky but some of the buds are starting to turn white

Looks like I'll wait another week on the blue dream and give the lemon a few more then! I'll an post update!

Also ordered advance nute the trio. Would it be ok for me to swap nute?

I thought so! I still haven't harvested but I think I'm going to flush her today and harvest in a couple of days to cut my loss and give the lemon the extra space as she's really picked up the pace since I changed nutrients!
