To cut? And help with leaf

I was wondering after I bent my plant I see new little shoots thing to grow should I pinch them off? Also yellow of center of plant etc any help would be appreciated.

It appears you have bugs.

Looked it all over close under leafs etc I see nothing not saying they don't come out at night.
