to cover or not to cover thats the ?

Been thinking about covering my 4*4 ebb&drain sustem. Been thinking bout it for a while. Anyone ever did it with good results I know they have lids for 3*3s I want to get away from coco buckets and just let the roots grow.noore than 12 plants in net pots in a 4*4 tent with trillis and a 1000watter
