Nah...he'll still get rejected in 2016. Plus, he's been black-balled.

That's why MJ laws and Libertarians are not making inroads: not enough state support. You get 50% of the states to pass MMJ laws, at least, you get federal recognition. Libertarians have to take more state offices as well before they can go national.
