This thread is full of win, didnt you see the pictures of all the flourishing plants? :) :) :) Every person who thinks they wanna talk tough stuff keeps coming here and saying they got it all under their belt and then they vanish or have lame excuses.......... I'm still subscribed, its fun to watch the failure rate continue at 100%............
not at all, in fact I have been successful enough to no longer be willing to share my discoveries here. In fact I discovered a self published book that includes my writing AND my pictures. Owing to this, I am no longer willing to continue to post specifics let alone pictures. Artificial seeds work nicely and I am awaiting a change in federal law that would enable me to ship across state lines

callus formation is not the answer. Learn dilution teqniques to make mother liquors and dilute from there. Also, activated charcoal is your best friend.

You arestill here!!

I don't know how I found this thread mate but why did you stop. You were on the right track. If you were looking into a few hardening methods, I find that glucose/gelatin is the solution, the hard kind that is mold-able and mostly used for medication caplets.. You can dilute the solution to form a gel type substance to hold everything up. Cover this completely and allow the humidity to soak in preventing it from going straight dry. keep it 100 percent pure and in about three weeks you should have roots....

I have not done this personally with MJ I have however done it with other herbs in perennials in school from a node cutting... worked fine after about four months transplanted with support beams and a year later its normal looking.

I started with the kit but found that the media was not as good as some of the later mixes I have experimented with. Don't get me wrong, the kit is fine but you need to put some other cytokinins together and as I said, I like agar and the kit doesn't have agar.
what kind of kit is a reliable one and where could i buy it?

@canndo I have read your thread. I am also currently doing cs tissue culture and would like to have a conversation with you. Any way to make that happen? I don't see any way to private message anyone on this site. Thanks.
