Tired of getting my seeds taken

i've been trying to buy new seeds for the upcomming outdoor season and so far, the places i purchased my indoor seeds from both got taken by customs, when i tried to purchase outdoor seeds, e.g. rhino seeds, and dr chronics. i have been reading other posts and topics about how it might be because of the holiday season. but i never usually had problems because i always order my outdoor seeds around this time of year.

basically what im asking is, what is the safest site to order seeds from?.. one that preferbly sells master kush or hybrids of.
