Place a fan directly below light blowing up to control heat and chicken wire/mesh between plants and light so you can SCROG. You can shape the mesh into a cylinder and wire tie it to hold its shape. Spacing between the light and mesh can vary but if it's the first run I'd allow for about a 12 inch gap. This is so you can train the plants around the light to create a nice even canopy maximizing your yield. No cool tube needed as that will significantly reduce the light intensity/yield.

I concur with all the above. Try to hang your light about two thirds the way up the plant, raising it as the plant grows.
