Tips on maximizing yield in quick grow

About 6 clones 10-15 inches high. Different strains, two indica and two sativa. 1000w dual arc (600hps400mh), and lots of room. And don't worry, I understand quick is a relative term. Just looking from the most efficient way to finish my ladies in a timely fashion. Could throw more under but not sold that 12 will yield more than 6 in my situation. Any suggestions welcome!

I've never heard of a light like that? Doing indica and sativa together is asking for trouble Imo.

You'll need to get something to lift the indica pots up as the sativa will stretch much more.

So much more info your missing. What size area you in? What medium? What strains?

You def on the right path that more doesn't mean more yield. :)

Haven't transplanted yet, have 5 gal drain pots. Thinking about trying one or two in a three, not sure though. And roots original mix. Strains I have right now are jetfuel, skywalker OG, Snow White, and wreckage. Wreckage is be one I'm worried about, seems a little like fruit punch though so it probably trains well. Oh and the area is pretty much a full room, 12x8 roughly.

Edit: http://www.eyehortilux.com/products/high-pressure-sodium I bought originally for veg but might just try a whole grow with it. It's literally just a 400w mh & 600w hps in one bulb, pretty snazzy. I'm someone who believes all spectrums for all stages if possible so it's worth a shot.

You are still afforded the luxury of topping the sativas that may get too tall for you, or training them under a screen if they LST well.
Screen / tying and turning will probably be my best bet, don't really have the time to have them recover if I can avoid that. Could try mainlining but never done with a sativa.

Mainlining is something should be done from early on usually from seed. Clones are harder to mainline if possible at all since most clone nodes stack unevenly.
