Tips for first grow please!

So just a little update. I repotted both plants into 14L pots last night and they were still looking a little sad from
Being overwatered (i think) but the soil had dried out quite a lot.

Here are the most recent pics nearly 24 hours after repotting. Looking quite sad and droopy. Not to many Yellow or brown spots or anything like that just looking sad.

I changed from my LED to a 600w MH last night so hopefully that makes a difference. Any tips? Cheers

Ok just another quick update. Had to use the LED for the last week as the ballast I bought decided to stop working after one use... just got another yesterday and have a 600w hps globe running.

The white widow looks pretty good and I think it’s ready to change to 12-12? What do you guys think? Also should I be trimming all the bottom leaves off and cleaning it up?

The blue dream is still looking quite sad even after letting dry out. I watered it again as it was dry but it’s taking way longer to dry out then the white widow and the leaves justness loook sad and droopy... Any suggestions? Is it just overwatered?
