Tiny black dots

So in the last day or two I found tiny black dots on my plants. They're around a month to a month and a half old. Almost two feet. I also noticed a sack that looked like a white honeycomb. Guessing it's a caterpillar egg sack. A few of my leaves looked munched on but not too severe. I'll leave some pics, and if anyone can help it would be a great help! It's my first year doing this so I'm limited with help and so fourth.

The black dots look like scale.

Get a magnifier and check them out. Looks like insects to me but you need to look closer (under the leaves for eggs)
If you do find insects, get some Safer soap and spray the shit out of them now, before you set them into bloom (assuming they are indoor)
