Timers for 220 V (digital)

Ok, I have 3 600 watt ballast running on 220 lines. I have been using the popular mechanical timers that spin around and turn on and off like most timers...well its very hard to get this to come on and off within a min or two of eachother. In my mind and easy solution would be if the timers were digital so they would come on and off at the exact same time. I need help finding these I have been looking forever. Another solution would be a 3 way or 6 way made for 220 that could be plugged into 1 timer but could also hold the juice of 3 600's plugged into it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks and good luck to all you guys and gals.

Hey bud, here is a link for a 240v digital timer. http://www.greners.com/i/meters-timers/timers/timers-complex/Titan_Controls_Apollo_11_Timer.html

You might also want to think about a light controller instead. Basically you plug all 3 lights into 1 box (like a subpanel) and that box has a built in timer. Then the box is hardwired to a 240v line. Much more effecient than 3 seperate timers. They run about $150. Plus, you can then plug the trigger cord for the box into a High Temp/Hot Strike box which is fairly cheap and can cover your ass in case of overheating in your room or a power outage.

I assume you are talking about a hot water heater timer,if so you could put more than 1 light on a timer.
Electrically, it is better to have the lights kick on a few minutes apart because when a ballast 1st fires, it will draw 2-3 times more amps than it is listed at for a few miliseconds.
-your plants dont suffer from OCD, getting 12 hrs and 8 min of light per day wont flake them out.
